One On One and Small Group Training
I’m once again offering one to one or small group training as I now have a home base! For $60 per session we can work together in creating a fitness plan customized to your goals. There’s nothing that compares to that person to person connection, which is why we can work in real time as I not only hold you accountable to never give up during each session; I will also give you real time tips on your form with each exercise we perform together. I train out of Strong And Shapely Gym in East Rutherford, NJ. My small group training will be limited to three trainees per group; so make sure you claim your spot today! Contact me for more details.
For just $200/month ($50 a week) we can work together on customizing the right training plan for you and your goals. You will also be held accountable by me to commit to your training in the form of me keeping in touch with you weekly, to make sure everything is going according to plan. And of course, we can make adjustments based on that week’s results. I will however ask you to provide me videos of your workouts for me to observe and critique.
My Training Philosophy
I’m not here to sell you a program, I’d feel like a phony if I did that. I’m also not here to have you perform exercises that are complicated and don’t work, as I believe in keeping things as basic as possible. Less is more after all. I’m here to sell you results. I’ve helped past clients gain muscle for the first time and I’ve help them get in better shape than they already were. And now I’m going to get you the size and the strength you never knew you could have!
